When my body started changing, I started learning.
I’m Maya Bloom, 42, mom of three, and someone who believes in getting ready for what’s coming instead of waiting for problems to fix.
Let me be clear: I’m not a doctor or nutritionist. I’m simply a woman who got curious about her changing body and decided to do something about it.
My Background I have a degree in Community Health, but let’s be honest – between work, family, and everything else, finding time to stay updated isn’t easy. That’s why I love flexible online learning that fits around my crazy schedule. I read studies and take courses when I can, not because I have to, but because I want to understand what my body is trying to tell me.
I’ll share what I’m learning along the way, because maybe some of it will resonate with your experience too.
How Toosmoozi Started During COVID, like so many families, we started rethinking everything we ate and drank. I began experimenting with smoothies, reading about ingredients that could support us through stress and uncertainty. What started as a way to nourish my family became something deeper for me.
This year, my husband finally convinced me to share what I’d been learning. « You’re always researching this stuff anyway, » he said. « Why not help other women who are going through the same thing? »
So here we are. Toosmoozi became my way of sharing these discoveries with women who might need them too.

With calm and curiosity,
